  • There are two ways to do this.

    The Online way:

    2. Then set the required amount of slides/page/minutes depending on your requirements

    3. Add in a couple of extras if you wish

    4. Confirm your order and final checkout

    5. Wetransfer your presentation to support@slidify.co

    6. We will setup a time to do a Zoom chat with you and finalise the intricate details of your presentation needs; deadlines, presentation assets, extras, style, etc.

    The Analogue way:

    1. Contact us through our online form on our Contact page, or email support@slidify.co

    2. We'll chat through your presentation needs and give you a quick quote

    3. You approve the cost and pay through EFT

    4. We do our magic for a first draft

    5. You review the first draft, we take your feedback, and tweak the presentation for final delivery

  • The Slide Refresh service is when you have all the content and elements you want on a slide already, but it just isn't looking great. But just because isn't crafted yet doesn't mean it can't be fixed. We have done wonders with some of the most bland slides ever. Don't worry we don't judge, we just know what will sell better and really want you to do just that.

  • That's a very good question. Our mission is to help make your ideas happen, and in doing so we have strict Non-Disclosure Agreements with all Slidify employees and management. But that's not all.

    Below are all the security and legal precautions Slidify Pty (Ltd), Holding and Subsidiary companies, have in place to keep yours and your presentation's information safe:

    Data in transit is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and at rest using AES-256 bit encryption to which only our leadership team has the keys.

    We control and track access to your files, both on distribution to you and internally for total security control and accountability.

    All of our workstations are individually secured and the files we work on can only be accessed from within our facility.

    Any information and content you provide belong to you entirely, including the IP for all mockups, illustrations and custom graphics.

    All staff and new employees undergo regular security, ethics and confidentiality training.

    All employees, including management and owners, are required to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements that hold them personally liable for any breaches.

  • A lot depends on your timing, availability and the requirements of the job. What we have found is that presentation jobs go smoothly and much faster when all the content and information is supplied upfront, as well as the reviews and intermediate deadlines met. We commit ourselves to be diligent and punctual with every slide, as we hope you will be too.

    Below is a quick guide to the average lead times for the services subject to full brief and payment:

    • Slide Refresh: 24Hrs+

    • Slide Redesign: 48Hrs+

    • Interactive PDFs: 72Hrs+

    • Branded Templates: 72Hrs+

    • Animated Explainer Decks: 7 Days+

  • Both.

    Face-to-face at the moment will only be fulfilled in Johannesburg, South Africa, at the moment. We are however in negotiations in setting up satellite offices in Australia/New Zealand, UK and US. But until these deals are complete a Zoom/Teams/Google Meet call, private WhatsApp groups and email will be our main communications platforms.

  • Our team are trained Visual Communicators, which means it's our job to know how to communicate something even if we are not yet fluent in it. Our combined history in advertising and marketing makes it easy to communicate complex ideas as all we need to do is sell it, you are our professional and proverbial ace up our sleeve.

  • As long as you need it to be. There are general principles to try and stick to. But what we've found is that length doesn't really matter as much as the context of which you are presenting in. Aim more for authenticity and succinct delivery than length and breadth of information.

    Our insights:

    • Sales presentations: between 10 and 20 slides

    • Marketing presentations: 20 and up (can sometimes be 200 slides)

    • Credentials: less than 30 slides but more than 10

    • Pitch presentations: 20 and up (same as the marketing presentations)

    • Board presentations: you know how much information you need

    • Explainer videos: Less than 3 minutes (bullseye is 1 minute, unless the information is a "How to" then less than 6 minutes)

  • That depends. What we usually do to keep our presentations in check is to apply the "if it doesn't add value, it doesn't belong" kind of approach to content. This way all your information will be pertinent and won't bore your audience. If that rule doesn't work for you try sticking to within 20 slides under 30 minutes.

  • All of the above and more. Our interactive PDFs are a hit for online distribution of credentials and the explainer videos can be anything video related (MP4 to Mov, etc.)

  • We work in the latest versions of the software always as updates and new features are being added all the time. But with that said we can downscale the version output with minor affects on the functionality of the slidedeck.

  • Yes to all, except for Prezi at the moment. Prezi is a little cumbersome and often there are a few bugs even after all bugs were eradicated. So, we' are still tinkering on a way to provide a Prezi service at a better rate and less bugs.

  • We work on them too, as well as PC, so you're always in compatible with Slidify.

  • You'll receive your presentation in an open file format in your desired programme (.pptx, .pptm, .pps, .ppsx, .ppsm, .pot, .potx, .potm, .key, kth etc.) and hopefully a lot of high-fives.

  • It will work as we ensure to test on various platforms before handing it over, and we have our reviews with you to fully test functionality and flow.

  • Yes you may. It's your presentation at the end of the day.

  • Most presentations can be printed out, except for those with a lot of animation, story builds and GIFs (NB: animations do not print, it just does not work). If you require a printable copy, this will be discussed in the initial briefing whereby we will suggest solutions so that you get the presentation and print-outs you need.

  • Each to their own. We've seen it all from one worded presentations to hundreds of words on slide. It all comes down to the presenter's authenticity and the presentations relevance to the audience. A sales presentation that asks for $100 dollars investment will have a very different approach to one that require $1,000,000.

  • We don't offer that yet but if enough people request it we'll just have to do it. In the meantime, there is a plethora of information on the web. Just do a little search, try an online course or find your nearest Toastmasters club (their pretty good)

  • Our branded templates do just that, they provide you with the tools and layouts to create your own stunning slides.

  • All our designers are led by a team of Creative Directors that are ex advertising and branding pros. They keep everyone on track and your brand consistent throughout. Plus we have a "Mis-branded jar", think of it as a swear jar for designers that don't follow brand guidelines.

  • Not to worry, that's our job. We will find a way to work within your guidelines and push the envelop so that style and taste come out tops over staid and boredom.

  • Presentations aren't really ever budgeted for, but we're positive this will change. Other companies usually ring-fence some marketing budget towards it or allocate it to back office expenses. Our fees are so reasonable as well, so getting it approved generally isn't a problem.

  • From a communications perspective, it would probably be best to focus on the company and what it stands for, supporting that with a short intro into each product. Brands that sell WHY they do things always win in the long run over brands that sell WHAT they do.

    With that said, there will be times that focusing on the relevant product would work best. It all comes down to context and who you speaking with not at.
